We pick up and drop off you dogs to bring them to our farm in Kumeu. Our daycare pick up and drop off areas are Waimauku, Huapai, Taupaki,Riverhead, Massey, Swanson, Ranui, Henderson, Avondale, Te Atatu, Grey Lynn, Mt Albert, Ponsonby, Herne Bay, Freemans Bay, Westmere, Pt Chev, Central Auckland.

We have fully air conditioned vans that we have fitted with crates containing beds and blankets for the dogs to be transported in safely, and comfortably.

    Dog Manners Daycare offers a pick up and drop off service collecting your dogs from your property in the mornings, taking them to the Dog Manners Facility in Kumeu for the day and then dropping them back off with you in the afternoons. Our daycare pick up and drop off areas are Waimauku, Huapai, Taupaki,Riverhead, Massey, Swanson, Ranui, Henderson, Avondale, Te Atatu, Grey Lynn, Mt Albert, Ponsonby, Herne Bay, Freemans Bay, Westmere, Pt Chev, Central Auckland.

    We have fully air conditioned vans that we have fitted with crates containing beds and blankets for the dogs to be transported in safely, and comfortably.

    Our bigs and littles have their separate play areas.

    Book in your dog for a trial day, so we can see if they’re a good fit for our pack, and if we’re a good fit for your dog!

    Dog Registration and Identification:

    Your dog(s) must have a current registration and be microchipped. Your dog(s) must display a current registration and name tag with your contact details on their collar.

    Dog Health at Dog Manners:

    Because we are a small team and we are with your dog from day 1- we get to know them well and can tell when their energy is off, or they are not feeling well.

    Dog Manners reserves the right to not allow any dog into our care if the dog looks unwell or if we feel your dog requires professional medical care. We also expect you to let us know of any health issues your dog is experiencing. In the event of your dog being unwell or injured we will act fast to stabilise them, contact you and take them to the nearest vet for treatment.

    We take great care with health and safety procedures. Your dog is supervised 100% of the time by qualified dog handlers/ behaviourists, but accidents can happen, and Dog Manners cannot be held liable for any vet costs. You accept responsibility for treatment costs and that we will proceed as the “guardian” of your dog in absence of being able to get hold of you.

    You acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved in having your dog in the care of other people and in a Daycare environment with other dogs and that Dog Manners or its staff will not be liable for any injuries or illnesses resulting during your dog’s attendance.

    If your dog injures another dog or person, you will be solely responsible for the injury. You accept that you may be liable for any expenses incurred due to the actions of your dog including, but not limited to, medical expenses, and damage to property.

    Behaviour:

    If your dog(s) become a threat to our safety due to behaviour, a threat to other animals, or a general disruption to our service, we reserve the right to dismiss your dog from the facility and refuse further service.
